Exchange, Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Purchasing indicates your understanding, agreement to, and acknowledgement of the following terms and conditions.

  1. We at Ridya Fashions ensure trust, transparency, and security to make online shopping a pleasure. Across our website, we do everything we can to make every transaction seamless. Delivering our products with care and adhering to the highest quality standards is a top priority for us.
  2. Exchange will only be permitted in case the product received is Damaged/Defective or Incorrect.
  3. If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us on info@ridya.in within two days of receiving it.
  4. To serve you the best, we will respond within 24 hours. The pick-up details will be emailed to you.
  5. All the purchases are non-refundable unless the product is not delivered within 45 days.
  6. Returns are strictly not accepted by us.
  7. Although these products were photographed under artificial lights, the actual product may differ slightly when viewed under normal lighting, but we maintain their originality to the fullest extent possible.
  8. We use reputed courier partners and generally deliver the products in 8-10 business days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may increase, and the customer will be notified.

Cancellations:

  1. Cancellation of an order is only allowed within 6 hours of placement. If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@ridya.in with the Order ID, the items you wish to cancel, and the reason for the cancellation.
  2. For pre-paid orders, we will credit the original payment method with the full amount.

Payments

The payments on Ridya.in can be made using all major UPI/Direct bank transfers/ Card Payment / Wallets / COD (On most pin codes).

 

Shipping Policy

  1. All orders placed with us in India receive free shipping.
  2. We use reputed courier partners and generally deliver the products in 7-14 business days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances/high volumes of orders the delivery time may increase by a few days. The customer will be notified in case of significant delay in shipment/delivery of the order.

Disputes regarding delivery (marked as delivered but not received, missing items in packet, incorrect items, empty packet) should be reported to Ridya within 48 hours of delivery via Whatsapp message on 9327440065. After 48 hours, the parcel will be presumed to have been delivered
